Best Horse Racing Tracks :
There are litterally hundreds of horse race tracks just in the United States alone. Because of this we do not have the space necessary to list them all, but we have compiled a brief listing of the most popular tracks.
Most race books and sportsbooks allow their players to bet on thoroughbred racing as well as harness racing at many of these most popular race tracks.
By joining one of the recommended sportsbooks, you too can bet on races at tracks such as Aqueduct, Gulfstream Park, Belmont Park, Churchill Downs, Louisiana Downs, Delaware Park, Emerald Downs, Finger Lakes, Hollywood Park, Oaklawn Park, Philadelphia Park, Penn National, Santa Anita, Saratoga, Tampa Bay Downs, Woodbine and more.
Since many of these tracks are in different parts of the country, they may not always follow the same opening and closing schedules as the other tracks. Be sure to check with each individual book since most of them post their current schedule of races before you place a wager.
In the chart below we have listed our recommended race books, and the 3 most popular tracks at each individual book. This is based upon visitor sureveys as well as data recieved from the books them selves as to the most popular race tracks that their players like to bet on.
If a listing does not show a track that you prefer, it does not mean that the track is unavailable, it just means that the other tracks were more propular in the previous months since the last website update.
We recommend you visit a few of the listed books below. You should visit soon since it's almost post time.
Racetrack Popularity Current at Last Update :
Some times things change, so it is best to visit each individual race book and check their schedule. Make sure they carry the tracks and races that you prefer to bet on. Some sportsbooks have more full schedules and cover harness racing as well as thoroughbred racing tracks.
